It's a Simple 4 Step Process!     

STEP #1 - Choose Your Talent
First stop, pick your virtual website talent! On the talent selection page you'll find a variety of industry professionals for you to choose from. We've provided both online samples of their internet video work as well as their work experience overview and pictures. We've put these in the pdf format as so you can either email or print for ease of auditioning. Our talent works directly through our agency for coordination of production.

STEP #2 - Define Your Script
Next stop would be to let us know how you want to handle your scripting. Here are 3 options:

1. AS IS - You provide the entire script and we'll load it up in our prompters as is and your talent selection will convey it to the camera exactly as written.
   
   
2. ENHANCED - You provide an outline of the material and we'll have one of our professional script writers enhance the content into a version that you and/or your client will approve. There are additional fees involved in the script enhancement process and will be quoted at the time of the outline overview.
   
   
3. COMPLETE CUSTOM - We'll call you and/or your client, (3-way if needed), and have a telephone production meeting. This consists of approximately 60 minutes of discovery and questions resulting in us having enough information to formulate the entire script. Final script will be approved prior to recording. There are additional fees involved in the complete script development process and will be quoted at the time of the project overview.

STEP #3 - Choose Your Background
Almost finished! What do you want for a background behind your talent? Here are a few ideas:

1. SOLID COLOR - Give us the RGB color code and we'll fill the background with it. You'll see a few examples on the background information page of possible ways to use this option.
   
   
2. IMAGE - Supply us with the image exactly as you'd like to see it behind the talent. We'll be happy to give you our professional design input to assist you in this step. Don't have an image? We're here to help! Professional stock and custom images are available at your request. There are additional fees involved in the custom graphic work process and will be quoted at the time of the project overview.
   
   
3. VIDEO - We have a selection of high production value moving backgrounds to choose from as well as stock sets to shoot in. There are examples on the background information page. We can also go on location and produce according to the project's requirements. There are additional fees involved in the custom production process and will be quoted at the time of the project overview.

STEP #4 - How do you want your final delivered?
Last step. Give us the final file size and format. We have broadcast level encoders that output all the formats that you would need - .flv, .swf , .wmv , .mov and .rm . We can deliver using typical email or for large files use your ftp or ours.

OPTIONS
There are many ways to enhance a website's content with this rich media. We've provided a few select examples of how to use images & text simultaneously sync'd with video as well as complete custom Flash presentation work. Simple video player options are also available. There are additional fees involved in the custom production process and will be quoted at the time of the project overview.
