Dr. Richard Moy's website www.drmoy.com is one of our favorite websites that we concepted, developed and continue to support. After doing an in depth analysis of the statistics regarding his website's traffic, we concepted and developed the following system, which we call a "Filtered Bulletin Chat System". Here's how it works:
 

 

As the interested viewer visits www.drmoy.com they are offered an opportunity to have an online chat experience with patients that are from 1 to 90 days out from their surgery performed by Dr. Richard Moy. We determined that this was a critical factor in supporting people's decision in that it allows them to actually converse with someone who has gone through the surgical experience - in this case of having foot or ankle corrective surgery.

The bulletin board system has a number of very unique options and features which include a host of automatic instant email notifications, an administrative control system, (for ease of client use), and a very important feature which allows the client online, real time marketing data which will support them in making critical marketing and business decisions.
